She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Shives and Effie C. Rager Shives; her husband Junior O. Gray; and her siblings, Louise Stahl, Ethel Williams, Alice Smith Stephens, Iva Seiders, Agnes Ward, Ruth Barnhart, Ellen Jane Carty, Betty Earnest, Benjamin H. Shives and Robert D. Shives.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria R. Luttrell of Berkeley Springs, WV; her granddaughters, Lisa Luttrell and Lora L. Tolley (Russell); her great grandchildren, Carter Tolley and Kaitlyn Tolley; and her pets, CoCo and Grant.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Berkeley Springs Church of Christ (290 S Green St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411).
