It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Affeldt of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nevaker and Elizabeth Pearson Nevaker; and his wife Sandra Lee Perry Affeldt. He is survived by: his children, Raymond "Butch" Affeldt of Glen Burnie, MD, Frank Affeldt of Berkeley Springs, WV, Thomas Affeldt of Clearwater, FL, Kenny Davis of Annapolis, MD and Laura Affeldt of Berkeley Springs, WV; and his siblings, Janice Hoobler of Baltimore, MD and Donald "Butch" Nevaker of Millersville, MD. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
