He is survived by: his wife Peggy Joyce Hawvermale Bartley; his children, Kimberly Ann Bartley, Kristie Robin Ensor (Dennis Hedrick) and Cory Patrick Bartley (Melissa); his grandchildren, Cody Alan, Destany Dawn, Dustin Wayne, Brianna Nicole, Jared Daniel, Devin Reece and Wyatt Eli; his great grandchildren, Hailey Marie, Cayde Alfred and Olivia Grace; and his siblings, Susan, Cindy, Michael, Thomas, Richard, Samuel, David and James.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant View Memory Gardens (2938 Charles Town Rd, Kearneysville, WV 25405).
