She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold and Gladys May Beeler Eppinger; her husband Alfred E. Miller; her son Randy K. Miller; and her siblings, Evelyn F. Stotler, Helen J. Younker, Julia M. McBee, Geraldine "Becky" Ruppenthal, Mary Joyce Eppinger, Herbert L. Eppinger, William "Bill" Eppinger, Philip B. Eppinger and Richard H. Eppinger.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda J. Feltner (David) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Darrell S. Miller of Berkeley Springs, WV and Lisa G. Hess (Robert) of Berkeley Springs, WV; her daughter-in-law Maggie of Fairmont, WV; her sister-in-law Dixie Miller of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her grandchildren, Damian Feltner (Christina), Holly Morgan (Erik), Justin Litten (Amy), Adam Litten (Heather), Julia Miller, Ricky Yost (Ashlea), David Fultz II (April), Brett Fultz (Katelyn), Amber Fleming (Mike) and Cody Hess (Rachel). She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
