She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Withers and Catherine Lucas Withers; and her husband John Maas. She is survived by: her sister Catherine "Kate" Withers of Marysville.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church (10123 Valley Rd, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sarah to your local SPCA of choice.
