He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shaughnessy Kipps; his children, Holly Howsare and Corey Kipps; his grandchildren, Aiden Graffius, Hadley Graffius and Branson Thomas; his siblings, Judy McCormick (Harry) and Charles Kipps, Jr. (Mary); and his brother-in-law Carl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
