She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Puffinberger and Clara Stotler Puffinberger; her daughter Alice Weigle; her siblings, Tom, Pete, John, Jake, Jr. (Puffinberger), Nellie, Minnie, Betsy Stotler, Ella Puffinberger and Goldie Crouse; her grandson Bobby Omps, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Charlie; her great great grandchild Camilo Roman; and her daughter-in-law Crystal Omps.
She is survived by: her husband Dayton A. "Pete" Omps, Jr.; and her children, Bobby Omps of Berkeley Springs, WV, Joann Neundorff (Brian) of Paw Paw, WV, Peggy Waugh (Curtis) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Ginger McCumbee (Jimmy) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Ruth Ann Omps (Kevin) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Talitha Sue "Ty" Omps.
