He was predeceased by: his father William S. Frederick; and his grandparents, Stanley, Amy Henry Barnes and Betty L. Frederick. He is survived by: his mother Anna Lee Dawson Frederick; his daughter Heather Hosgood of Berkeley Springs, WV; and his siblings, Kim Weaver (Eugene) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Randy and Scott Frederick of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
