He is survived by: his father Melvin James "Jimmy" Shives, Jr. of Needmore, PA; his wife Sandra Kay McIntyre Shives; his children, Brian Norman Shives (Tami) of Berkeley Springs and Amanda Kay Shives Kyne (Danny) of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Becky Dase (Tom) of Needmore, PA, Rose Shives of Needmore, PA, Alvin Shives (Peggy) of Needmore, PA, Christopher Shives (Debbie) of Needmore, PA and Timothy Shives (Jenny) of Warfordsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Autumn Lea Shives, Brady Daniel Kyne and Noah Shives. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
