She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Head and Malinda Head; her husband Lawrence Dobbins Sr.; her son Lawrence "Skip" Dobbins Jr. (Roxanne Dobbins); her grandson Andrew Dobbins; her siblings, June Lewis (Bob Lewis), Joyce Adkins (Roscoe Adkins), Bonnie Dalton (Reeves Dalton), Catherine Johnson (Bill Johnson), Linda Collis (Josh Collis), Kenneth Head (Sue Head) and Robert Head (Helen Head); her brothers-in-law, Bill Crouse and Wayne Moran; and her friend Valerie Profit.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lorraine Crouse and Ruby Moran; her daughters, Regina Mullins (Morgan Mullins), Sissie Sheppard (Vic Sheppard) and Debbie Alcorn (Ron Alcorn); her grandchildren, CorbyLee Mullins (Elie Mullins), James Dobbins, Ryan Alcorn, Lindsey Dobbins, Brandy Gettles (Eric Gettles) and Victoria Slayman; her great grandchildren, Meadow Gettles, Aliana Gettles, Hunter Gettles, Zane Mullins, Madelyn Brewer, Conner Brewer, Hunter Vest, Makynzie Vest, Haven McReynolds, Abby Chinsolo, Holly Chinsolo and Brady Chinsolo; her niece Lovesa Moran; and her close friends, Dave, Debbie Vitchner and Will Fooce.
For many years, she dedicated her time to charity work at the Buckeye Lake Youth Center, serving others with compassion and a giving heart.
