He is survived by: his sister Della Claudine Salyers of Springville, VA; his nieces and nephews, Richard Crouse (Annette) of Berwind, WV, Ronnie Shrader (Nancy) of North Tazewell, VA, Scott Shrader (Amanda) of North Tazewell, VA, Jeff Crouse (Misty) of Blacksburg, VA, Barry Hagy of Pearisburg, VA, Teresa Ditmore of Circleville, Cindy Hupp (Marion) of Stoutsville, OH and Melissa Keen of Rockwall, TX; his sister-in-law Darlene Crouse of North Tazewell, VA.; and his friends, Harold and Cindy Rose of Squire, WV.
In lieu of flowers, he would be honored if friends and loved ones contributed to their local animal shelter in his memory.
