Penny leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Penny’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Morgan and Virginia "Ginny" Morgan (Milliken). She is survived by: her husband Joe Morris; her children, Amanda Temple (Alton) of Cranberry Township, PA and Kurt Morris (Cecilia) of Charleston, WV; her siblings, Robin Morgan (Don) of Follansbee, WV and Bruce Morgan of Follansbee, WV; and her grandchildren, Morgan and Carter Temple. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the West Liberty Christian Church after school program.
