She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry Hall Phillips and Dessie Gladys Bright Phillips; her husband Fred Delana Hinkle; and her siblings, Steven Hall, Robert John, James Clayton, Alan Dale, Donald Perry Phillips, Virginia Ann "Ginny" Skidmore and Mary Jo Phillips.
She is survived by : her children, Douglas Hinkle of Beverly, Diana Davis (Frank) of Philippi, David Hinkle (Cathy) of Elkins, Terry McCauley (Jeff) of Valley Bend, Gary Hinkle (Angela) of Beverly and Denise Heckel (Lloyd) of Montrose; her grandchildren, Jessie Paul Hinkle, Eric Tice, Nathan Tice (Ashley), Juston Davis (Brianne), Travis Davis, Nicole, Katie, Joshua Hinkle, Courtney McCauley Shreve (Brett), Derek Hinkle (Mariah), Alex Hinkle and Tanner Heckel; her great grandchildren, Aria, Jayden, Logan, Wade, Mya, Conner, Ava James and Myles Joseph; her sister Nancy Ellen Mullins of Elkins; her aunts, Texie Harding, Nellie Shreve and Jackie Bright; her sister-in-law Barbara Hinkle; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
