He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Jack and Ellen Jack; his daughter Jane Ellen Jack; and his brother Stephen Jack. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Vandevender Jack; his son Bernie Jack (Karrie); his granddaughter Katie Jack; and his sister Barbara McLaughlin (Kenneth).
