He is survived by: his wife Belle McCoy of Big Creek, WV; his children, Charley "Jay" McCoy Jr. (Kristi Tackett), Becky Owsley (JJ) and Debra Russell (Chris); his siblings, Doris Sizemore, Shelia Christian (Tom), Sherry Lackey (Paul) and Monte McCoy (Pam); his grandchildren, Kaylee Owsley, Bryson McCoy (Alexis Reed), Bentley McCoy, Laura McCoy, Paisley Hensley and Dakota "Bob" McCoy; and his close friends, Dale, Freda, Larry Meeks, Dickie and Sherrie Browning.
