He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Troy Lee and Audra Cline Bailey; and his sisters, Donna Walls, Vada Bailey, Ellen Hughes, Kelli Roberts (Daniel) of Brushfork, WV and Christine Bailey of Bluefield, WV. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
