She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Ray Price and Gaye Francis Price. She is survived by: her husband Edward Ray Puckett of Bim, WV; her children, Jeremy Blain Smith (Bailey) of Tennessee and Dakota Ray Smith (Jessica) of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Raelyn Smith and Silas Smith; her siblings, Melissa Lester (Michael) of Beckley, WV, Peggy Richmond (Jimmy) of Gainesboro, TN, Misty Adams (Tivus) of Bim, WV and Brent Price (Tracey) of Wharton, WV; and her sisters-in-law, Maria Jarrell (Rick) of Lincolnton, NC and Jacklyn Fields (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
