He is survived by: his son Tony Lee Lusk Jr. (TJ); his stepson Conner Boggs; his daughter Ashly Nicole Coker; his brothers, Michael White (Nikky), Timothy James White (Angie) and Steven Lee White; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Thomas Coker, Madilynn Ann Coker, Abigail Grace Lusk, Cooper Reid Lusk and Jacob Dean Lusk (Stephanie Boggs).
