With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Holmes of Birch River, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Emerson Holmes and Arlene Dixie Frame Holmes; and his brother Lonnie Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Malisia Dobbins Holmes; his children, Harold Junior Holmes II of Little Hocking, Ohio and Crystal Holmes of Birch River; his stepson Jerry Lynn Dobbins (Tammy) of Lexington, KY; and his siblings, Garrel Holmes (Kate) of Birch River, Patricia Holmes Wilson (Clyde) of Birch River, Darrel Holmes of Birch River, Linda Casto (Virgil) of Canvas, WV and Tim Holmes of Birch River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
