She is survived by: her husband JD Waggoner; her children, Eric Waggoner (Jessica) of Charleston and Amy Eddy of Malden; her grandchildren, Charlotte Eddy and Arlo; and her sister-in-law Rhonda (Thornton).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stevens & Grass Funeral Home (4203 Salines Dr, Malden, WV 25306). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cox Memorial Cemetery.
