He is survived by: his caregivers, Tammy, Trena, Casey, Katie Mae, Riley and Jake; his children, Jason Lyons (Becky) of Birch River and Amanda Lyons of Summersville; his siblings, John Lyons (Colleen) of Richwood, Carolyn Dennison (Jerry) of Florida, Judy Carpenter (Ed) of Oak Hill and Linda Ishenhart (Gary) of Cottle; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jarod, Kenzie, Isaiah and Bella; and his great grandchildren, Jaci, Raelynn, Kimi and Elle Joy.
