Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home (5894 Mason-Dixon Hwy, Blacksville, WV 26521). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
