He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bartram and Alta Bartram; his grandparents, Grover, Effie Doss and Dolly Webb; his brothers, Charles Avis Bartram Jr., Jerry Bartram, Billy Ray Bartram, Gary Bartram and Jimmy Bartram; and his parents-in-law, Darius and Mary Harless.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hughes of Blair, WV and Justin Bartram (Jetta) of Whitman, WV; his siblings, Diana Prichard (Ron Ritchie) of Jackson, OH and Eddie Bartram of Charleston, WV; and his grandsons, Caleb Hughes of Terre Haute, IN and Conner Hughes of Sullivan, IN.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
