He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Carte and Virginia Qualls Carte. He is survived by : his wife Daisy Flowers Carte; his children, Connie Carte of Blount, Deloris Huff of Strasburg, Karen Harig of Dover, Ohio, Harold Larry Carte Jr. of Blount and Charles L. Carte of Beulaville; and his sisters, Sandra Martin of Charleston and Rosemary Eltonhead (Sam) of Boynton Beach, Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
