Though Orville may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Orville touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Belcher and Ruby Schoolcraft Belcher; and his close friend Ruth Brown (Debra Copen Belcher). He is survived by: his son Kenny Belcher (Shanon Larwa) of Charleston; his siblings, Bruce Belcher of Charleston, Marion Baechle (Jim) of Westlake, Virginia Lee of Belpre and Katy Elswick of Charleston; and his granddaughter Sophie Belcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
