She is survived by: her close friend Dewey Bruce Belcher; her children, Bruce Carr (Chelsie) of Dunbar and Tracy Carr of Charleston; her stepdaughters, Mendy Rollman (Jeremy) of North Carolina and Tonya Elswick of Charleston; her sisters, Pamela Peck (Doug) of Charleston and Vickie Peck of Charleston; her nephew Kenny Belcher of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Brynlee Carr and Gunner Allen.
A reception was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fidler and Frame Funeral Home (1126 E Dupont Ave, Belle, WV 25015).
