He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin S. Jarrell and Clara Dale Jarrell; his wife Betty Lee Jarrell; his son Calvin Daniel Jarrell; his grandchildren, Donnie Reed and Andrea Sales; and his siblings, Joe, Paul, Dave, Benny, Esteen, Sarah and Lanore.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Reed (Robert), Kenneth Wayne Jarrell (Beverly Downing) and Kimberly Tallent (Paul).
