She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lusk and Jean Lusk (Bailey); her husband Nathan Shrader; her siblings, Michael, Curtis Lusk, Rita White and Debbie Evans; and her brother-in-law Jeff Evans.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Meredith (Mike) of Johnson City, TN and Jeanne Burns (Andy) of Beverly, WV.; her grandsons, Andrew Meredith (Allison), Trey Meredith and Aiden Burns; her great grandchildren, Isaiah and Ava Hanson; her siblings, Rodney Lusk of Bluefield, Betty Lusk of Bluefield and Sherrie Conley of Montcalm; her niece Samantha Lusk; and her caregivers, Robin, Katelyn and Becky.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in her name be made to Compassus Hospice in Princeton WV.
