She is survived by: her children, Richard Kinser, Jr. (Diane) of Bluefield, WV, Kara Kinser of Bluefield, WV, Kazan McKinney (Mark) of Liberty Township, OH and Kerry Fultz (Doug) of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
