She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Green and Mina June Shirley; her husband Gary Lee Heldreth; her granddaughter Kayla Hazelwood Cook; and her siblings, Sandra Green, Sharon Parks, Leonard Green and Rudolph.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Miller (Michelle) of Bluefield and Tammy Hazelwood (Jeff) of Bluefield; her grandchildren, Steven Miller, Jr., Mary Beth Miller, Brittany Hazelwood, Brandi Christian (Zack), Grace Brown (Austin) and Randall Hazelwood; her siblings, Barbara Knipp, Pamela Davis, Cathy Parton, David Green and Joseph Green; and her nephew David Miller of Princeton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
