She is survived by: her children, Basil E. Thompson, Jr. of Bluefield, WV, Wanda G. Thompson and Gwendolyn S. Miller (Rick) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her siblings, Jeffrey Jackson (Rebecca) of Mint Hill, NC and Phyllis Jackson Underwood of Bluefield, WV; her grandchildren, Lisa Hedrick (Leland), Karri Hitt, Hunter Thompson and Hailey Thompson; her great grandchildren, Abby Hedrick, Josh Hedrick, Dexter Hitt and Sydney Hitt; her close friends, Mike, Lisa Horton, Michelle Tackett and Debbie Hedrick; and her pets, Maggie and Michonne.
