He is survived by: his close friend Tammy Byers of Bluefield, WV; his children, Amanda Hall (Jacob) and Charles Thomas Byers III (Carrie Gibson) of Bluefield, WV; his granddaughter Gabriella Gibson; and his nephew Tony Shoaf (Sue).
In lieu of flowers, Charles requested balloons to be sent to funeral home.
