He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Roland Boyd and Anna Marcelene Shanklin Boyd; his wife Billie Rae Bradbery Boyd; and his siblings, Jo Ann Caudill and Roy Lee Boyd.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Vicki Hobson Heidle, Teresa Harry (Jason), Angela McCall (Ronnie), Craig Caudill, Jeffrey Boyd and Todd Boyd; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Steven Harry (Lisa), Lynn Thompson, Lisa Horne (Doug) and Elaina Caudill; his nephew Bentley Dixon; his cousins, Tina Roach Dillard and Homer Mcguire Roach (Sherry); his brother-in-law Bill Klien; and also, Sydney Harry, Alexis Harry, Keirstin Horne Dixon, Taylor Thompson, Kendall Thompson, Paige Horne Huffman and Bryce Horne.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (3410 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Hospice Compassus, Ridge Care, or First Presbyterian Church of Bluefield.
