He was predeceased by: his mother Lelia Miller; and his nephew James Miller. He is survived by: his sister Hattie Terry; his children, Charles Keith, Jill and Jason; and his caregivers, Tiffany and Brandi.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (208 Tazewell Ave, Bluefield, WV 24701).
