She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Woodie and Helen Woodie; and her sisters, Rebecca'Tiny'Addison (Tommy Addison), Dorothy'Pip'Hodges (Charles Woodie) and Charlene Woodie.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Shinault; her sisters, Molly Kay Woodie and Georgia Thomas (Sterling); her children, Jessica Abram (Aaron Abram), Santana Carpenter (Jj Carpenter), April Dempsey (Robert Dempsey) and Tracey Shrader (Jackie Shrader); and her grandchildren, Brianna Hodge (Ryan Hodge), Carter, Nathan Thompson, Coleson, Colton, Payton Giberson, Isaiah Carpenter, Bentley Abram, Landon Thompson, Kaiden Thompson and Emily.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home Chapel (1231 W Cumberland Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
