He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Kincaid and Julia Willis Kincaid; his wife Ann Bliss Kincaid; his son Mike Bliss; and his siblings, Phyllis Dilley, Carolyn "Tink" Amos, Kathleen Beverage and John Kincaid.

He is survived by: his close friend Janice Sarver; his children, Julia Grimes (Emery) of Marlinton, Larry Kincaid (Phyllis) of Valley Head, Jack Cain (Becky) of Marlinton, Jimmy Bliss (Emily) of Georgia and Tom Bliss of California; his grandchildren, Emily Bolden, Anita Workman, Emery D. Grimes, Hunter Grimes, Courtney Kincaid, Austin Kincaid, Sparkle Dey, Tyler Bliss, Dylan Bliss and Michael Bliss; and his siblings, Tammy Broce of Marlinton, Eliha Kincaid of Virginia and Delmas Kincaid Jr. of Marlinton. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
