She was predeceased by : her parents, Almeda Merrix and Oscar Clendenin; and her stepfather Emory Merrix. She is survived by : her husband Richard "Rick" Allen; her children, Mark Neel of Princeton, WV. and Terri Neel of Clearwater, FL.; her stepdaughter Lora Pringle of Jersey Shore, PA.; and her caregivers, Linda Sellers, Lisa Neal, Beckey Skeens and Kathy Thompson.
