She is survived by: her children, Allen Powers Jr. (Elaine) of Bluewell, WV, Elizabeth Wilburn (Scott Broyles) of Bluewell, WV, Elaine Cowan of Bluefield, WV, Donna Gibson (Charles) of Dublin and Anita Monk (Danny) of Gahanna, Ohio.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
