He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clifton and Nannie Frances Carter Taylor; his wife Nancy Louise Hager; his brother Albert William "Bill" Taylor; and his in-laws, G. C. and Edna Hager.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Bulson (Alan); his caregiver Herbert "Kevin" Taylor; and his sisters-in-law, Dee Taylor and Joyce Moore. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and church family and friends.
