Belcher; her children, Jeffrey Belcher of Lerona, Ashley Hulsey of Matoaka, Christina Hulsey of Lerona, Leiha Lane of Bluewell and Brandi Belcher of Parkersburg; and her siblings, James Rogers, Danny Rogers, Wendi Rogers of Anawalt and Joyce Swarb. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
