Kibbey; her brothers, Jeff L. Kibbey, John A. Kibbey and William A. Kibbey; her children, Ashley L. Bowden (Paul), Brandon T. Brown (Megan) and Matthew R. Brown (Sarah); her grandchildren, John Curtis, Jacob Bowden, Mason, Baby Boy Brown, Bobby, Waylen, Felicity and Matylda Brown; and her close friend Scottie Proffitt.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
