As John Edwin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John Edwin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John Edwin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Harman Biggs and John Edwin Biggs, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sevigny Biggs; his sons, John E. Biggs, IV of Florida and Henry Harman Biggs of Bluefield, VA; and his siblings, Mary Stevenson of New York, Ann Jackson of Maryland and Jim Biggs (Tina) of Tazewell. He is also survived by five nieces, two nephews, and many cousins.
