He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Billy Ray Scott, Sr. and Julie Palmer Scott of Bluefield, WV; his parents, Billy Ray Scott, Jr. (Jennifer) of Kentucky and Christina Conley of Bluefield, WV.; his brother James Scott; his sister-in-law Cassidy of Bluefield, WV; his half-sister Nataleigh Lynn Scott of Kentucky; and his girlfriend Erin Hammock of St. Albans, WV.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
