Joy Ruth Formica Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Ruth Formica of Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Embrey Ferrell and Flora May Ferrell of Keystone, WV.; her husband Harry Gene Formica; her mother-in-law Pearl Vasvary Formica; her siblings, Billy, Carlos Ferrell (Doodie), Betty Compton and Sue Constantino; and her siblings-in-law, Clifford Compton, Joe Constantino, Phillip Formica, Richard Bedra (Dick) and Ethel Formica.

She is survived by : her children, Pamela Miller of Bluefield, VA and Randall Formica (Debbie) of Christiansburg, VA; her grandchildren, Ainsley Miller of Bluefield, VA, Michael Formica of Christiansburg, VA and Ryan Miller (Melanie) of Bluefield, VA; her great grandchildren, Ava Miller and Mason Caldwell of Bluefield, VA; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Bedra of Warren, MI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
