She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hall and Vida White Hall; her husband David Rorrer; her sister Bessie Gentry; and her son-in-law Bobby Wagner, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Wagner and Amy Barber (Melvyn); her grandsons, Matthew Barber and BJ Wagner (Brittany); and her siblings, Fairley Hall (Pat), Shirley Rorrer and Dorothy "Dottie" Dalton. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
