He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Maxine Bailey; his daughters, Marcina Lewis (Oliver) and Amanda Mitchem; his grandchildren, Dakota Lewis (Christina), Melissa Lewis and Santana Oyler (Shawn); his sisters, Sharon Hunnel, Bernice Graham, Brenda Mullins (Connie), Cecilia Isom (Clyde) and Shellby Bohin; and his pet Sophia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
