We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mona Rita Poling of Bluefield, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Strawn and Merlyn Harden Strawn; and her granddaughters, Caroline and Marina Turner. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Desjardins of Bluefield, WV and Tamra Cochet (Anthony) of Williamsburg, VA; her brother David Poling (Nicole) of Williamsburg, VA.; and her grandchildren, Forrest Desjardins, Christen Poling-Brett, Caitlin Poling and Mason Poling.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a favorite charity.
