He is survived by: his close friend Tina Graham of Princeton; his daughter Kayla Beth Winn (Ethan) of Gretna, VA; and his siblings, Kevin Kelley (Suzanne) of Bluewell, Darren Kelley (Misty) of Bluewell and Terri Herndon (Kenny) of Bluewell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
