Randy Compton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randy Compton (Bluefield, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Randy Compton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Compton and Margie Compton; his sister Carolyn; his in-laws, Buck and Dixie Haun; his brothers-in-law, Bucky (Susan) and Billy Haun; and his niece Stephanie Tate.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Haun Compton of Princeton, WV; his children, Shane Compton (Aprille) of Forbush, NC, Dr. Joshua Compton of Surfside Beach, SC and Lesley Clemons (Danny) of Princeton, WV.; his grandchildren, Zack, Amber, Kaitlin, Sara, Emma, Peyton, Easton, Brooklyn and Makenna; his brother Jimmy Compton (Pat); and his sisters-in-law, Ginger Teschendorf (Patrick), Jaime Bishop (Dave) and Kelli Henegar (Ron). He is also survived by 10 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Randy specifically requested any donations be sent to Appalachian Teen Challenge as Randy had a lifelong dedication and service work to underserved populations in need.
