He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Stamper Rotenberry (Eric Rotenberry) of Skygusty Wv; his grandchildren, Jacob Stamper, KayLeigh Rose and McKinsLeigh Koger; his stepmother Kathy Stamper of Kodak, TN; and his siblings, Shay Stamper (Danaze) of Skygusty Wv, Lonnie "Leader" Ball (Carolyn) of Skygusty Wv, Teddy "Bear" Ball of Skygusty Wv and Debby Middleton of Ohio. He is also survived by family members and friends.
